The last CD I bought was:
Indiepop 1 - A Rough Trade Shops compilation. It features The Jesus and Mary Chain, My Bloody Valentine, The Darling Buds, The Magnetic Fields and loads of other stuff. Some of it's a bit ropey, but most is wonderful.

Incidentally, the last album I bought was on vinyl - Flies the Fields by the sublime Shipping News.
